1. How do I order?
Please order through our website at www.bleeves.com. By the next working day, we will confirm payment and prepare your order for dispatch. Upon dispatch, standard shipping is 2 to 5 working days for delivery addresses within Metro Manila and 5 to 10 working days elsewhere. However, kindly allow some leeway for delay on the part of our courier on account of government quarantine regulations or rider shortage.
Option 2: Pickup
Alternatively, you may place your orders online, and arrange for pickup (personally or via Grab/LalaMove/Mr. Speedy) at Teachers Village, Diliman, Quezon City. Specific pickup instructions will be provided via email upon confirmation of payment. Pickup is Monday-Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Upon placement of order, we will proceed to dispatch your order.

2. Do you have a physical store?
Bleeves® is available in Rustan's Department Store, MakeRoom&More, Royal DutyFree, and WHSmith branches. Click here to find out more.
3. What are the modes of payment?
We accept credit card payments (through PayPal and PayMongo), GCash payments (through PayMongo), bank deposit or funds transfer to our BPI and BDO account, cash on delivery (COD), and cash on pickup (COP). You may select the particular mode of payment upon check-out of order.
Please note that COD/COP option is not available for personalized orders.
4. Are there sizes?
For BLEEVES® (BLANKET WITH SLEEVES)
Bleeves® comes in four (4) types:
The approximate dimensions are as follows:
Kids Size is recommended for children up to 6 years of age.
For GIDIE (GIANT HOODIE)
The Gidie or Giant Hoodie is priced at ₱1,295.00 and is available only in one size fits all. The dimensions of the Gidie are as follows:
- Shoulders: 79 cm
- Chest: 94 cm
- Body: 105 cm
- Sleeves: 79 cm
5. What is the perfect size for me?
Regardless of your height, weight, or gender, we recommend that you purchase your Bleeves® based on your purpose. For home use, we recommend the XtraLong Size as it covers the feet. For out-of-home or travel use, we recommend Regular Size or EasyFold, as both are more manageable.
6. How does shipping work?
- One (1) to four (4) pcs. at ₱90.00 per pc.
- Five (5) pcs. and above at a flat rate of ₱450.00 total
- ₱185.00 per pc.
For international delivery, shipping fees differ depending on the particular destination. Kindly email us at email@example.com for inquiries on international orders.
Delivery fees will not apply to orders picked up from our warehouse.
7. Do you personalize?
Yes, we can embroider your name on the sleeves for Bleeves and on the hood for Gidie.

To personalize your Bleeves®, kindly check the "Personalize my Bleeves®" option before adding to your cart. Please wait for the page to fully load for the personalization option to appear. Kindly also indicate the text to be embroidered, and select the color of the embroidery.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD)/Cash on Pickup (COP) payment options are not available for personalized Bleeves®.

Sure! Please send us the note immediately upon placement of order, so we can include it when we dispatch the order.
10. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
We give discounts for bulk orders of at least 100 pieces.
11. I wanted a particular color and design before, and I could not find the design anymore on your website. How do I order that design? Will you restock?
Kindly note that our designs are limited. Accordingly, we may no longer restock a design previously available. We suggest that you purchase the color or design of your choice as soon as it becomes available.
We stock up on both old and new designs from time to time. If you would like us to notify you upon the availability of a particular design, kindly send us a message through our official Facebook and Instagram pages or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
12. What material is Bleeves® made of?
Bleeves® is made of cuddle fleece, a polyester blend. Please note that plain Bleeves® are made of a thicker polyester blend compared to our printed Bleeves®.
13. How do I care for my Bleeves®?
We recommend hand washing using mild detergent. If hand washing is not an option, we recommend machine washing at 40°C and iron at a low temperature. Do not put in the dryer. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
14. Is Bleeves® hypoallergenic?
Bleeves® is not hypoallergenic.
15. I just purchased my Bleeves® and I noticed that some of the fibers are shedding. Is this okay?
Shedding of excess fibers is normal for recently purchased products. It may take a few washes to completely eliminate the shedding of the Bleeves®. We recommend that the Bleeves® be washed often, and that it be dust off upon drying to remove those excess fibers.
