1. How do I order? 

Pay Upon Purchase

Option 1: Shipment
 
Please order through our website, www.bleeves.com. Upon order placement and payment of amount and shipping fee, we will ship your order. Please allow us 1-2 working days to confirm payment and to prepare orders for dispatch. Upon dispatch, shipments usually take 3-5 working days for Metro Manila and 5-10 working days for outside Metro Manila. (While on community quarantine, kindly allow some leeway for delay on account of lockdown regulations or rider shortage on the part of our courier).

 

Option 2: Pick-up

Alternatively, you may place your orders online, pay via credit card or deposit via BDO/BPI, and arrange for pick-up (personally or via Grab/LalaMove) at Teachers Village/Sikatuna Village, Quezon City. Specific pick-up instructions will be provided via e-mail upon confirmation of payment. Pick-up is Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Cash on Delivery (COD) / Cash on Pick-up (COP)

Upon placement of order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please reply to that e-mail to confirm your order. Thereafter, please allow us 1-2 working days to prepare your order for dispatch. Upon dispatch, shipments usually take 3-5 working days for Metro Manila and 5-10 working days for outside Metro Manila.  (While on community quarantine, kindly allow some leeway for delay on account of lockdown regulations or rider shortage on the part of our courier).
Please prepare payment in cash upon delivery or pick-up of your order. Please note that COD/COP option is not available for personalized orders.

3. What are the modes of payment?

We accept credit card payments, PayPal, bank deposit through BPI and BDO, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Cash on Pick-up (COP).

Please note that COD/COP option is not available for personalized orders.

4. Are there sizes?

Yes, Bleeves™ comes in three sizes:

    1. Kids size - PhP 500 (printed) / PhP 550 (plain)
    2. Regular size - PhP 600 (printed) / PhP 650 (plain)
    3. XtraLong size - PhP 700 (printed) / PhP 750 (plain)

We recommend the regular size for travel or out-of-home use, while we recommend the XtraLong size for home use. 

5. How does shipping work?

Our official courier is NinjaVan.

Kindly note that because each pouch fits only one (1) piece, the shipping fee is applied per piece. However, promo rates are applicable for Metro Manila orders of five (5) pieces and above.

For international delivery, shipping fees differ depending on the particular destination. Kindly e-mail us at sales@bleeves.com for inquiries on international orders.

Delivery fees will not apply to orders picked-up from us in Quezon City.
 
6. Do you personalize?


Yes, we may embroider your name on the sleeves.

Please be guided by our personalization notes below:

    • Personalization Fee: PhP 150.00
    • Maximum of 8 characters
    • Font: Arial
    • Font Color: Black / White / Red.

We may also customize to include your company logo for a minimum of 20 pieces.

To personalize your Bleeves, kindly check the "Additional Personalization" option before adding your Bleeves to your cart. Please wait for the page to fully load for the personalization option to appear. Kindly also indicate the text to be embroidered, and select the color of the embroidery. 

Please note that the COD/COP payment option is not available for personalized Bleeves.

7. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

We give discounts for bulk orders of at least 100 pieces.


8. I wanted a particular color and design before, and I could not find the design anymore on your website. How do I order that design? Will you restock?

Kindly note that our designs are limited. Accordingly, we may no longer restock a design previously available. We suggest that you purchase the color or design of your choice as soon as it becomes available.

We stock up on new designs from time to time. If you would like us to notify you upon the arrival of our new designs, kindly send us your e-mail address at hq@bleeves.com.

9. What material is Bleeves made of?

Bleeves is made of cuddle fleece100% polyester.

10. How do I care for my Bleeves?

We recommend hand washing using mild detergent. 

11. Is Bleeves hypoallergenic?

Bleeves is not hypoallergenic.
