1. How do I order? 

Pay Upon Purchase

Option 1: Shipment
 
Please order through our website at www.bleeves.com. Upon order placement and payment of amount and shipping fee, we will ship your order. Please allow us 1 - 2 working days to confirm payment and to prepare orders for dispatch. Upon dispatch, shipments usually take 3 - 5 working days for Metro Manila and 5 - 10 working days for outside Metro Manila. While on community quarantine, kindly allow some leeway for delay on account of government quarantine regulations or rider shortage on the part of our courier. 

Option 2: Pickup
Alternatively, you may place your orders online, pay via credit card or deposit / funds transfer to our BDO / BPI bank account, or via GCash, and arrange for pickup (personally or via Grab / LalaMove) at Teachers Village, Diliman, Quezon City. Specific pickup instructions will be provided via email upon confirmation of payment. Pickup is Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Cash on Delivery (COD) / Cash on Pickup (COP)

Upon placement of order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please reply to that email to confirm your order. Thereafter, please allow us 1 - 2 working days to prepare your order for dispatch. Upon dispatch, shipments usually take 3 - 5 working days for Metro Manila and 5 - 10 working days for outside Metro Manila. While on community quarantine, kindly allow some leeway for delay on account of lockdown regulations or rider shortage on the part of our courier.

Please prepare payment in cash upon delivery or pick-up of your order. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) / Cash on Pickup (COP) options are not available for personalized orders.

2. Do you have a physical store?

Bleeves® is available in Rustan's Department Store, MakeRoom&More, Royal DutyFree, and WHSmith branches.

3. What are the modes of payment?

We accept credit card payments through PayPal, bank deposit or funds transfer to our BPI and BDO account, GCash, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Cash on Pick up (COP).

Please note that COD/COP option is not available for personalized orders.

4. Are there sizes?

Yes, Bleeves® comes in four (4) sizes:

Kids Size - ₱545.00 (printed) / ₱595.00 (plain)
Regular size - ₱645.00 (printed) / ₱695.00 (plain)
XtraLong Size - ₱745.00 (printed) / ₱795.00 (plain)
Travel Size - ₱845.00 (plain)

    The approximate dimensions (in cm) are as follows:

    Kids Size - L 150 cm x W 100 cm
    Regular size - L 150 cm x W 150 cm
    XtraLong Size - L 200 cm x W 150 cm
    Travel Size - L 150 cm x W 150 cm

      We recommend the Regular Size and Travel Size for out-of-home or travel use, while we recommend the XtraLong size for home use. 

      5. How does shipping work?

      Bleeves ships its products using a combination of third-party logistics providers such as JRS Express, LBC Express, MCFA Express, and NinjaVan.

      Please find below our table of delivery fees: 

      Metro Manila

      1 - 4 pcs. - ₱90.00 per pc.
      5 pcs. and above - flat rate of ₱450.00 total

      Outside Metro Manila

      ₱185.00 per pc.

      Kindly note that because each pouch fits only one (1) piece, the shipping fee is applied per piece. However, promo rates are applicable for Metro Manila orders of five (5) pieces and above.

      For international delivery, shipping fees differ depending on the particular destination. Kindly email us at sales@bleeves.com for inquiries on international orders.

      Delivery fees will not apply to orders picked-up from our warehouse.

      While on Community Quarantine, we continue to ship out orders. Upon turnover to the courier, standard shipping is 3 - 5 working days for delivery addresses within Metro Manila, and 5 - 10 working days elsewhere. However, please allow some leeway for delay on the part of our couriers as there may be changes to government quarantine regulations or rider shortage.
       
      6. Do you personalize?


      Yes, we may embroider your name on the sleeves.

      Personalization Fee: ₱150.00
      Maximum of 8 characters
      Font: Arial
      Font Color: Black / White / Red.

        We may also customize to include your company logo for a minimum of 20 pieces.

        To personalize your Bleeves®, kindly check the "Personalize my Bleeves®" option before adding to your cart. Please wait for the page to fully load for the personalization option to appear. Kindly also indicate the text to be embroidered, and select the color of the embroidery. 

        Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) / Cash on Pickup (COP) payment options are not available for personalized Bleeves.

        7. Do you gift wrap?

        Yes, we gift wrap for a minimal fee of ₱75.00 per piece! Simply check the "Gift Wrapping" option before adding to cart. 


        8. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

        9. I wanted a particular color and design before, and I could not find the design anymore on your website. How do I order that design? Will you restock?

        Kindly note that our designs are limited. Accordingly, we may no longer restock a design previously available. We suggest that you purchase the color or design of your choice as soon as it becomes available.

        We stock up on new designs from time to time. If you would like us to notify you upon the arrival of our new designs, kindly send us your email address at hq@bleeves.com.

        10. What material is Bleeves® made of?

        Bleeves® is made of cuddle fleece, a polyester blend.

        11. How do I care for my Bleeves®?

        We recommend hand washing using mild detergent. However, you may wash at 40°C and iron at a low temperature. Do not put in the dryer. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

        12. Is Bleeves® hypoallergenic?

        Bleeves is not hypoallergenic.
