1. How do I order? 

Option 1: Shipment
 

Please order through our website, www.bleeves.com. Within the next 1 to 2 working days, we should be able to prepare your order for dispatch. Upon dispatch, standard shipping is 1 to 2 transit days for delivery addresses within Metro Manila, and 3 to 10 transit days outside through our courier J&T. However, kindly allow some leeway for delay on the part of our courier on account of force majeure, rider shortage, or peak holiday surge.  

Option 2: Pickup

Alternatively, you may place your orders online, and arrange for pick-up (personally or via Grab/Lalamove/Borzo/other third party couriers) at Teachers Village, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. Specific pick-up address and instructions will be provided via email when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 PM (please note that we may be closed on public holidays). 

For orders placed before 2:00 PM, it will be ready on the same day, provided that the order is not personalized. For personalized orders, it will be ready for pick-up the following day. 

You shall receive a notification email when your order is ready for pick-up.

2. What are the modes of payment?

We accept credit card payments, GCash and BPI payments (through PayMongo), Tendopay, cash on delivery (COD), and cash on pick-up (COP). You may select the particular mode of payment upon check-out of order. 

Please note that COD/COP option is not available for personalized orders or orders with a gift box. 

3. Do you have a physical store?

Bleeves® is available in Rustan's Department Store, Royal DutyFree, and WHSmith branches in the Philippines. Click here to find out more.
Orders placed through our website may also be picked-up in our warehouse in Teachers Village, Quezon City, Philippines. Just select the pick-up option upon check-out of your order. Pick-up instructions will be provided via e-mail.

4. What are your products?

We have 11 different products:

  • Bleeves (the original blanket with sleeves that made us famous) - comes in 4 variants:

    • XtraLong Size (covers the feet)
    • Kids Size (recommended for kids up to 6 years old)
    • EasyFold (regular sized Bleeves which zips and folds into a pillow)

5. Are there sizes?

For BLEEVES® (BLANKET WITH SLEEVES)

The approximate dimensions are, as follows:

For GIDIE (GIANT HOODIE)

The Gidie or Giant Hoodie comes in Regular Size (100 cm in length) and XtraLong Size (150 cm in length). It is priced at ₱1,295.00 and ₱1,495.00, respectively. The dimensions of the Gidie are as follows:

  • Length: 100 cm for Regular Size and 150 cm for XtraLong Size
  • Chest: 93 cm
  • Sleeves: 75 cm

For Blazer

Length 65 CM CM; Width 85 CM; Chest 63 CM 

For Poncho

Length 115 CM; Width 95 CM

For Cape

Length 135 CM; Width 190 CM

For Onesies

6.  What is the perfect size for me?

Regardless of your height, weight, or gender, we recommend that you purchase your Bleeves® based on your purpose. For home use, we recommend the XtraLong Size as it covers the feet. For out-of-home or travel use, we recommend Regular Size or EasyFold, as both are more manageable. 

For Gidie, we recommend the Regular Size for those seeking to keep their upper bodies warm, and the XtraLong Size for those seeking overall body warmth.  

7. How does shipping work?

Bleeves® ships its products using a combination of third-party logistics J&T Express (for Philippines), and FedEx and DHL (for Singapore). Please find below our delivery fees:

Metro Manila, Philippines
  • One (1) item at ₱90.00, additional items at ₱40.00 each
  • Five (5) items and above at a flat rate of ₱250.00 total
Outside Metro Manila and within Philippines
  • One (1) item at ₱180.00, additional items at ₱40.00 each

For Singapore

  • One (1) item at $___, additional items at $__ each
For international delivery (other than Singapore), orders will be shipped via FedEx  or DHL. Shipping fees differ depending on the particular destination. Kindly place an order through our website, and select "International Delivery" upon check-out. We will separately coordinate with you for the settlement of the shipping fee. You may email us at sales@bleeves.com for inquiries on international orders.

Delivery fees will not apply to orders picked up from our warehouse.

8. Do you personalize?

Yes, we can embroider your name on the sleeves for Bleeves and at the center of the body for Gidie. Click here to learn more about our personalization.

  • Font: Arial
  • Font Color: Black/White/Red/Yellow Gold/Fuchsia

    To personalize your order, kindly select the box before the "Personalize my Bleeves®" option before adding the item to your cart. Please wait for the page to fully load for the personalization option to appear. Kindly also indicate the text to be embroidered, and select the color of the embroidery. 

    Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD)/Cash on Pickup (COP) payment options are not available for personalized orders.

    9. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! Please refer to the discussion on international shipping under Item 7 above.

    10. Do you gift wrap?

    Yes! You can add a gift box for PhP 150.00. To do this, please wait for the product page to full load. Before adding the item to your cart, please select the box which appears before "Add Gift Box." Please note that each box can only fit 1 item. 


    11. Can you include a note in my order?

    Gift boxes come with a free greeting card where we can write down your note!

    12. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

    We give discounts for bulk orders of at least 100 pieces. For discounts, please e-mail us at sales@bleeves.com. 

    13. I wanted a particular color and design before, and I could not find the design anymore on your website. How do I order that design? Will you restock?

    Kindly note that our designs are limited. Accordingly, we may no longer restock a design previously available. We suggest that you purchase the color or design of your choice as soon as it becomes available.

    We stock up on both old and new colors/designs from time to time. If you would like us to notify you upon the availability of a particular color/design, kindly send us a message through our official Facebook and Instagram pages or send us an email at sales@bleeves.com.

    14. What material is Bleeves® made of?

    Bleeves® is made of cuddle fleece, a velvety polyester blend.

    15. How do I care for my Bleeves®?

    We recommend hand washing using mild detergent. If hand washing is not an option, we recommend machine washing (in a laundry bag) at 40°C and iron at a low temperature. We recommend avoiding the dryer to prolong the life of your item. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

    16. Is Bleeves® hypoallergenic?

    Bleeves® is not hypoallergenic. 

    17. I just purchased my Bleeves® and I noticed that some of the fibers are shedding. Is this okay?

    Shedding of excess fibers is normal for recently purchased products. It may take a few washes to completely eliminate the shedding of the Bleeves®. We recommend that the Bleeves® be washed often, and that it be dust off upon drying to remove those excess fibers.
