Keep It Original. Keep It Bleeves®.
Bleeves® is the first and largest wearable blanket brand in the Philippines—and everything we create is designed with care, comfort, and originality in mind. From our signature styles to our premium materials, we’ve built a product people truly love—and that means we sometimes get copied.
We take intellectual property infringement, brand misuse, and unauthorized reproductions seriously. Every Bleeves® is protected under local and international trademark law, and we are committed to defending the brand that our customers trust.
Trademark Protection
Bleeves® is a globally registered trademark. This includes the brand, logo, name, and the term “Bleeves” itself—all of which are proprietary to us. The name Bleeves® may not be used to describe, market, label, or name any product that is not made and sold by our company.
Using “Bleeves” in any commercial context outside of our brand constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
We are committed to protecting our customers, our community, and the integrity of our work.
Spot a Copycat?
Think you’ve come across a fake Bleeves® or something suspiciously similar? Help us keep the brand—and your experience—authentic.
- Step 1: Know What’s Real
Our products feature our signature Cuddle Fleece, clean stitching, branded labels, and trusted quality. If it feels off, it probably is.
- Step 2: Let Us Know
Spotted a knockoff online, in a store, or on social media? Report it via email, DM, or our contact page. We investigate every lead.
- Step 3: We Take Action
Once verified, our legal team steps in. We’ve taken successful action against unauthorized sellers—and we’ll continue to do so to protect our brand and community.
