  • Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any changes to an order, depending on the circumstances.
  • Any third-party charges incurred for refunds related to order cancelled by request of customer shall be borne by the customer.


  • For item defects or wrong item delivery due to the fault of the store, customers must initiate the return process within 2 working days by sending an email to sales@bleeves.com.
  • For orders placed on our marketplaces such as Shopee or Lazada, any returns and requests for refunds must be initiated through those platforms.


  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in the condition it was received by the customer.
